Things I like: cooking meals and eating them (especially if they include onions, cheese, or cilantro, not necessarily in the same dish).
Things I don’t like: staring blankly at the fridge wondering what to make (or cleaning up).
This blog will help me with the planning part, listing the successes, the tweaks, and from where I adapted a recipe (see my first post, for even more background details). In general, everything on here will be relatively healthy (let’s agree to interpret “relatively” loosely), simple to make, and accessible to someone who is not a chef and probably never will be. Because let’s be honest, working a full time office job, with some unpredictable hours, it won’t be too often I’ll manage to julienne any vegetables.
The cleaning part? Leaving that to the Husband…
