Between our New Year’s Eve Vegetable Paella and my main girl Martha’s Fennel-Sausage Pasta, our refrigerator, much like the two of us over this past weekend, has been overserved. Which means instead of the usual three meals I plan out, I’ll be reducing it to two (and using that extra time to join all the other people hopped up on New Year’s Resolutions at the gym!).
The Menu:
Monday – Red Lentil Soup with Swiss Chard
Tuesday – Leftovers…so many to choose from!
Wednesday – Chicken and Cauliflower Curry (going to make this up as I go along, I think.)
Thursday – Even MORE leftovers from which to choose!
Friday – out!
