Getting Back to Normal: Menu Planning

As it turns out, I sadly no longer live with my parents.  As far as married 30-somethings go, that’s probably appropriate – but it also means that coming back to my own kitchen and its creations can sometimes feel, well, a little less grand?  After all, it’s not every day you make beef Wellington.  And then hunt for your own oysters.  And eat them.  And then make pierogies from scratch, assembly-line style.

But we still have hungry his-and-her mouths to feed, so we’ll slowly get back into the swing of things.

The Menu

Monday – Stromboli night!

Tuesday – leftover Thai

Wednesday/NYE – veggie paella dinner party

Thursday – out for Mexican!

Friday – pasta with sausage and fennel

  1. So true! Coming soon to a crockpot near you – Mexican chicken fajitas.

PS: You’ll be glad to know Mussel Beach devotees extend all the way down here – my spin instructor tonight was sporting the T-shirt!
