Planning Time.

Weekends are a little lax on the cooking in our house; this Friday night featured lobster rolls in the park (definitely not homemade, or at least not by me!) and Saturday night, overpriced Mexican food.  But Sunday has us thinking ahead, and I’ve even dug through some old standby cookbooks to come up with this week’s docket.

The Menu

Sunday – Husband takes the helm, with a plan for crab cakes and bitter greens

Monday – channeling Martha Stewart and spinach pie

Tuesday – “fried” tilapia with mango and pineapple salsa

Wednesday – happy hour and leftovers

Thursday – I skip town for home, leaving husband to take care of himself!

Friday – dinner at home.  YUM.
